Before payment is verified
You can cancel your order at any time before we verify a payment for it, at no cost. Just contact us using the details in the footer.
After payment is verified / production started
Because every order is custom-printed to your design and specifications, once payment is verified and production has started, orders generally cannot be cancelled or refunded — the shirts are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.
Defective or incorrect orders
If your order arrives with a genuine production defect, or doesn't match the design/specs you approved, contact us with photos as soon as possible — we'll review it and offer a reprint or partial refund as appropriate on a case-by-case basis.
