Information we collect
When you place an order, we collect your name, phone number, shop/delivery address, governorate, and any design details, logo files, or prompts you provide. When you pay, we collect a screenshot of your payment as proof for manual verification — we never collect card numbers or wallet passwords directly.
How we use your information
We use your information to process your order, generate and review your design, contact you about your order and its production, and verify your payment. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Third-party services
Your design prompt/logo may be processed by third-party AI image generation services (Ideogram, Google Gemini) and a translation service (Groq) to produce your artwork. Your data (orders, design files, payment screenshots) is stored with Supabase, our database and file storage provider. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security practices.
Data retention
We keep order and customer data for as long as needed to fulfil your order and for reasonable bookkeeping afterward. You can request deletion of your personal data by contacting us, subject to any legal or accounting requirements to retain order records.
